Home Canning Basics at The Kitchen: Jams & Jellies

Join us for our brand new class series at The Kitchen in Melrose! In this session, learn how to can and preserve your own homemade jams and jellies. We will cover preserving techniques, home canning safety, and the equipment you’ll need to get started with boiling water bath canning. We’ll get hands-on to learn how to make delicious jams, jellies, and other preserves throughout the growing season. You’ll leave with jars of your creations and the skills to start doing your own canning at home safely and confidently.
